Can it be possible to make custom fitting garment?

Yes for brand Bhushavali we offer customized / bespoke services. The size in inches of each garment is specified in the product details. Please make sure to select the size best suited to you. However garments can always be altered to a smaller size. Please mention the size details while placing order for alteration purpose. Do understand that garments cannot be altered to bigger size than it originally is.

Can I get a completely customized garment?

Completely customized garments can also be made especially for you. See Customized / Personalized tab for some of our earlier works. Mail us at info@bhushavali.com with your idea and we can proceed from there.

How do I make a payment?

We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Pay Pal, debit and other credit cards and net banking.

Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not store/retain your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to your bank.

What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and in such a case we refund the amount.

Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there's no limit.

Since we make one of a kind garments, the quantity of each garment is by default 1. If you prefer more number of the same style it can be created as a customized order. Mail us at info@bhushavali.com with your requirement details.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.

Do you deliver out of India?

Yes.

What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

Courier companies usually call the customer to checks their availability. In case the delivery fails, the parcel is re-dispatched after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. Also you need to get in touch with our customer support immediately.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

No. You have to place separate orders for different shipping addresses.

What are the shipping charges, are there any additional charges?

We offer free packaging and shipping for within India. International shipping charges are flat Rs. 1000/-

How can I track my order?

Once your shipment is booked from our side you will be receiving a system generated mail with postal / courier details. You can track your order status using the same details on the respective courier's / India Post's website.

What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

This usually depends upon the location; else it takes 5 days for the delivery of an order. Bespoke / Customized products are made to order so it may take 20-35 days to deliver, depending on the garment's style. The stipulated number of days to make a particular customized garment will be intimated while placing the order.

What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
