All of Bhushavali orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Chennai, India to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days for readymade orders and as mentioned on communication e-mails for customized orders.

Shipping destinations offered by for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time. We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock, except items listed under Personalized & Archives tabs If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Shipping is usually done via India Post (Registered Post or Speed Post), and the tracking number will be mailed to you on your registered mail id. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility.


All of Bhushavali orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Chennai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Bhushavali takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.


Return Exchange Policies

The products are one of a kind or customized especially to suit your style, taste and fitting. So, exchange of products once sold cannot be entertained. We do not return or exchange / refund products once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Do understand that handmade, handloom, khadi, hand painted, hand block printed, hand crafted products are not uniform, and it is that imperfection, non-repetition, the beauty of anything that’s handmade!!! This cannot be termed as a manufacturing defect.

However, in the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what is shown on the website, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

If you suspect the package is tampered with during transit, do not accept the package and it has to be sent back immediately.

Once received, the customer care team at would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange / refund will be made possible.

Easy Domestic Returns and Exchanges

It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice, esp. if its tampered with during transit.

3. E-Mail us the invoice number, details of defect if possible with photographs and you’ll receive the address to which it has to be returned.

Refunds on international orders include taxes and tariffs when sent, however not the duties. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your domestic and international shipping charges.
